Online personality VeryDarkMan recently disclosed that ₦78 million has been recovered from hackers who compromised his NGO’s website. However, an accomplice believed to be holding the remaining funds has reportedly fled to Ghana.
This update was shared in a detailed video currently trending on X (formerly Twitter).
Earlier, VeryDarkMan announced that his NGO’s website had been hacked, leading to a loss of ₦180 million. After facing public scrutiny, he provided an update confirming the recovery of a portion of the stolen funds.
According to him, the apprehended suspect confessed that another individual, responsible for the unrecovered amount, had escaped to Ghana. In response, VeryDarkMan revealed plans to travel to Ghana to pursue the matter.
Additionally, he mentioned that an analysis of the hacked website uncovered multiple threats originating from various countries.
