According to the lecturer explained that he was leaving a classroom when he saw the student recording a video in the passage. He tapped her lightly and asked her to excuse him, but she responded with an insulting remark. He then returned to verify her identity and realized she was filming a TikTok video. He asked her to delete the video, but she refused, leading him to attempt to take the phone from her, which escalated the situation.
