The original miniseries featured Edochie in the role of Okonkwo, with Justus Esiri as Obierika. Supporting roles included performances by Nkem Owoh and Sam Loco Efe. In other news, social media figure VeryDarkMan has publicly challenged Falz’s family to take legal action against him following leaked audio allegedly linking them to bribery accusations involving Bobrisky. VeryDarkMan released a video responding to legal threats from Falz’s sister, after the audio surfaced, purportedly featuring Bobrisky claiming he bribed officials from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and served his sentence at a private residence instead of a correctional facility.
The recording also allegedly mentions an offer of N10 million to both Falz and his father, lawyer Femi Falana, in an attempt to avoid imprisonment. While Falz has firmly denied these allegations, his sister has vowed to take legal action against VeryDarkMan for distributing the recording.
