Singer Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, has chosen not to address the current conflict with his brother Peter.
In a recent conversation on the Afrobeats Podcast, Rudeboy conveyed his frustration and hesitation to talk about the dispute, mentioning worries that his comments might be distorted or misunderstood.
When asked about his personal stance on the issue, Rudeboy responded: “I have something to say and I apologize in advance.
Although it’s a show, I’d prefer not to comment. I’m weary of how statements get distorted; you support Psquare, which is my family. So why would I say something now that could be misinterpreted? Let’s focus on Rudeboy.”
This response followed his announcement of the duo’s latest breakup on August 1, 2024, during which he disclosed that Peter had filed a petition against him and their older brother, Jude Okoye, with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
