Rudeboy (Paul Okoye), one half of the famous Nigerian duo P-Square, has once again confirmed the end of the group in a candid revelation.
During an interview, Rudeboy shared that the split was primarily due to creative differences between him and his twin brother, Peter Okoye (Mr. P). He emphasized that it wasn’t an issue of ego or belittling Peter’s role in the group, as he was often accused of claiming to be the singer while Peter was “just the dancer.” Rather, their divergent visions for their music and business made it difficult to work together.
Rudeboy highlighted the strain that had developed over time, especially after their reunion a few years ago. He explained how they tried to avoid past mistakes by ensuring equal creative input, but despite these efforts, Peter expressed that he no longer wanted to be part of the group.
Paul lamented how this situation placed him in a difficult position, fearing that if he continued solo, he would be blamed for the breakup.

For fans, this marks the second public dissolution of P-Square after a successful reunion tour.
However, Rudeboy appears to have moved on, stating he is now focusing solely on his individual career under the Rudeboy brand, leaving P-Square behind.
