A grieving widow shared her distressing experience after her late husband’s dry cleaner demanded payment for his laundry, despite being informed of his passing.
The woman expressed her disbelief and frustration, highlighting how the insensitivity of the request added to her sorrow during an already difficult time.
She said : few days after his husband died his dry cleaner sent his boy to the house to deliver his clothes, because my husband gave him clothes to wash before he died.
When the boy came he was told that my husband was no more so he left us with the clothes and went to tell his master the bad news.
The master told him to come back and collect the money.
Which money? I lost it on him, I was like okay fine you are lucky we have not buried him yet he his still at St Teresa mutuary, go there give him the clothes and collect your money.
Some one died, count your loses and move on.
