A Nigerian man has drawn significant attention online after allegedly filling his vehicle with fuel worth ₦58,548 at a filling station in Ekiti and leaving without making payment.
This incident was highlighted in a viral post on X (formerly Twitter) by user @Liltuffsb, who aimed to raise awareness about the situation. The post included a photo of the man, who filled his tank at a filling station in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, before driving off, leaving an elderly fuel attendant distressed and facing financial burden.
CCTV footage captured crucial details, including the suspect’s face and vehicle information. He was driving a Honda Accord, often referred to as “End of Discussion,” with the plate number GGE576DY. The video also showed him widening the station’s gate during the transaction to facilitate his escape.
