In the video, Teni humorously narrates her ordeal, showing clips of medical professionals attending to her at home. She describes how the illness left her weak and without an appetite, and even shares a moment where she received an injection.
Teni jokingly calls on Oba Saheed Elegushi to address the mosquito infestation in Ikate, saying, “Ah, e no go better for all the mosquitoes wey dey for Ikate. I dey tell you. Oba, you need to find something to do about the mosquitoes in Ikate because malaria had me down.”
Despite her illness, Teni still managed to perform in Ondo, and she shares a clip from the event. She humorously admits that she couldn’t afford to refund the payment she had received.
In the video’s caption, Teni emphasizes that “money cannot buy health, only God can.” She also shares a snippet of her song “Uyo Meyo,” where she sings about her eyes having seen something.
