Nigerian actor Uche Maduagwu has fired back at fashion designer Veekee James for her recent advice to single ladies. Veekee had taken to social media to share a photo of herself and her husband, captioning it with a description of her ideal man.
However, Uche Maduagwu was having none of it. He slammed Veekee for using her marriage as a yardstick to advise single ladies, stating that what works for her may not work for others.
Uche emphasized that most Nigerian women want their partners to be financially responsible, but Veekee’s idea of an ideal man may not be the same for everyone.
He also pointed out that Veekee’s husband may not be the kind of man that other ladies would find attractive.”Stop making it look like marriage is a designer dress that fits all,” Uche said. “What fits you may not be good for another person. You can’t use your marriage as a yardstick to advise single ladies.”
