The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) celebrated the arrival of its first baby of 2025, a healthy girl named Baby Olafa, born to Olanrewaju and Oluwatoyin Olafa after an 11-year wait. Weighing 2.25kg, Baby Olafa was born at 2:12 PM, marking a joyful moment for the family and the medical team at LASUTH.
Dr. Olayinka Olawoye, representing the hospital’s Chief Medical Director, congratulated the parents and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to provide excellent healthcare. To commemorate the occasion, LASUTH presented the family with gifts, including essential baby items.
