A 16-year-old single mother, Gift, has shared a devastating account of her experience with her former employer and his husband in Abuja. In an interview with media personality Lucky Udu, Gift revealed that she was taken to work as a nanny at the age of 15, only to discover that her employers were involved in a baby factory business.
Gift recounted being physically and emotionally abused by her employer’s husband, who would force himself on her and beat her with a machete if she resisted. As a result, she became pregnant at 15 and gave birth to a baby girl at 16.
In a video that has gone viral, Gift is seen begging for help and assistance from Nigerians, holding her two-month-old baby, Princess. She appealed for support, stating that she and her daughter are in need of aid.
