A young lady, @wamiri_08, took to TikTok to share a relatable and hilarious comparison of her life’s expectations versus reality. She had set an 8-year plan for herself, but life had other plans.

In 2017, she wrote her WAEC exams and expected to enroll in a university in 2018, graduate by 2022, complete her NYSC in 2023, get married in 2024, and have her first child in 2025.
Fast forward to 2025, and she’s just celebrating her matriculation into a higher institution. Her 8-year plan never became a reality, and she’s not alone.

Many people in the comment section shared similar experiences, with some even delaying their plans further.
