A dramatic turn of events has unfolded as social critic Verydarkman (VDM) has publicly accused on-air personality Nedu Wazobi of alleged fraud. According to VDM, Nedu’s actions were deceitful and exploitative.

VDM revealed that Nedu was approached by a UK-based individual who wanted to collaborate on a charity project. The project aimed to provide scholarships to Nigerian youths through the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in the UK. Nedu agreed to be the face of the program, but things took a suspicious turn when he presented an N85m budget for a fundraising gala.
The breakdown of the budget included N500k for each of the 10 influencers, N3.5m for digital marketing, and N350k for each of the 20 billboards. VDM alleged that Nedu’s intentions were far from noble, as he instead used the opportunity to enrich himself.
VDM claimed that Nedu received N40m, N9.8m, and N10.2m in payments but failed to deliver on his promises. When questioned about the media links and billboards used for the advert, Nedu became evasive, raising suspicions that he had defrauded the UK-based individual.
VDM expressed his outrage, stating that he hates fraud and will not let Nedu’s actions slide. He vowed to write a petition against Nedu, ensuring that he faces the consequences of his alleged actions.
This development comes on the heels of VDM’s ongoing feud with Nedu, which began when Nedu brought ex-Big Brother Naija housemate Deeone onto his podcast, where Deeone made disparaging comments about VDM.
