The Nigerian entertainment industry is mourning the loss of Alhaja Hafsat Anifowoshe, the ex-wife of renowned Fuji musician, K1 De Ultimate. She passed away at the age of 65 after a prolonged battle with an undisclosed illness.
Alhaja Hafsat’s demise has left her family, loved ones, and the entire Fuji music community in a state of shock and grief. Her remains were laid to rest at the Abari Cemetery in Lagos, surrounded by mourners who came to pay their respects.
In a heartfelt condolence message, Olushoga Olushola, Chief Press Secretary to the LIELCDA chairman, described Alhaja Hafsat as a “paragon of virtue.” He expressed his deepest sympathies to K1 De Ultimate and his family, urging them to find solace in the memories of her good life and service to humanity.”We know it hurts so deeply to lose a loving mother and dependable partner,” Olushola said. “You must, however, take solace in the time your mother spent on earth and her good service to God and humanity.”
