BBNaija, is a Nigerian reality competition television series, based on the Big Brother television franchise. The Zinwes
Chinwe and Zion were the first pair of housemates to be admitted into the BBNaija house. During their arrival, they shared with Ebuka that they had been lovers, and been dating for five months, and had been fans of the show for years. According to Chinwe and Zion, they told Ebuka that they are also gym pros and are yet to consummate their relationship. Together with Chinwe, they enter the house, their bond strengthened over five months of relationship and a shared love for the show since their teenage years.
Chinwe
Chinwe Elibe is 30 years old and she is also from Imo State. One of the lifestyles her fans love is the infectious energy she brought to the BBNaija house. She is also a graduate of Igbinedion University Okada, Chinwe’s passions span dancing, gaming, partying, fashion, and beauty, alongside a keen eye for business.
Zion
Zion Ogiefa is 27 years old and he is from Edo State and is poised to leave his mark on BBNaija. With a degree from Trinity University of Asia, Zion enjoys sports, fitness, modeling, and the vibrant nightlife.
THEIR ACTS IN THE HOUSE
It seemed that Chinwe and Zion’s relationship was going south as it all started on the fifth day of the show. In a fresh development, the young lovers were seen having a heated exchange about something Chinwe accused Zion of doing. According to Chinwe, her man Zion defends the Mbadiwe twins after they tell him that other ladies want to get to know him. This angered his babe, who pulled him for a conversation. She noted that he was starting to cross some lines and that there might be no coming back.

Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate Chinwe warned her colleagues that she won’t be reduced to a maid in the house. Chi complained bitterly about housemates who didn’t clean up after cooking. She told her colleagues categorically that she wouldn’t be reduced to a maid by doing all the chores in the kitchen.
In her words, “Will I go and wash the pots for the people that cook? I haven’t slept since last night, my head hurts. I nor come here to do housegirl work for the kitchen, the thing is that we reached an agreement that if you cook, you clean up after yourself. In another controversy, Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Chinwe threatened to break up with her boyfriend and partner at the reality show, Zion. Chinwe, who was angry that Zion didn’t support her during her feud with some housemates on Thursday, said she would call off their relationship and exit the show. She claimed she sponsored their entry for the show, stressing that she regrets coming to the show with Zion instead of her “bestie.”
In a chat with fellow housemate, DJ Flo on Thursday night, Chinwe said she and Zion are not compatible. She stated that Zion needs the exposure of the reality show more than her, claiming that she can make the N100 million cash prize of the show before December.
Chinwe said, “I am tired and frustrated, I should have come here with my bestie. Now I know we are not compatible, I’m done and sick of it. I feel betrayed. Immediately I go upstairs we will pack our bags and we go home. From the first audition video we shot, I put it on my head. I paid for all the expenses, I paid for the ticket that brought us here. The Radicals
Fairme David and Michky were the second pair of housemates to enter the house. According to Michky they are friends who met at the gym. They share a love for fitness and ‘Big ikebe’. Fairme and Michky bring unmatched rhythm and excitement to the BBNaija house, proud of their bond as gym buddies and their unique status as virgins.
In his words, “We’re the gym buddies turned brothers, ready to bring the energy, the dance moves, and the laughs to the Big Brother house!”
Fairme David
He is a 29-year-old professional dancer and content creator from Delta State. Femi’s interests range from dancing and hiking to football, video games, and content creation.
Michky
He is a 24-year-old gym instructor from Edo State and he claimed to bring energy to the house. He is also a graduate of the University of Calabar and blends his passion for dance with a commitment to fitness.
CONTROVERSY BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE
Fairme David, one of the housemates is the one with the controversy as his throwback video trended the moment he was introduced to the house. A viral video showed the gym instructor openly discussing things he wants his partner to do while they are in action in the bedroom.
Nigerians dug out a video of Fairme ranting about how he wants his partner to behave while they are having sex in the room. According to him, they don’t have to look at each other’s faces because he believes that he is ugly during sex.
In another controversial news, Big Brother Naija reality show housemate, Mickey explained why he’s skeptical about getting close to the Wanni X Handi twins, despite his feelings for Handi.
In a candid chat with Fairme, Mickey said that the twins are kindhearted but overly rude, which sometimes turns him off.
“I nor wan dey close to these girls (Wanni x Handi) the good heart dey, but their rudeness dey overpower the good heart,” he explained.
Mickey recently confessed that he was developing feelings for Handi. He, however, said Handi’s attachment to her twin sister, Wanni, didn’t give him the space to express himself to her.
Floruish
DJ Flo and Rhuthee are known as Floruish, and their main agenda the moment they entered the house was to scatter any shipping matter. They said they were in the house to cause wahala. According to them, they have been friends for 10 years. They met in a Ghanaian school and have been through thick and thin together.

DJ Flo
She is a 27-year-old deejay from Imo State, and also a graduate of Knutsford University, Ghana, Flora’s interests include partying, music, and culinary adventures.
Rhuthee
She is a 32-year-old event planner and caterer from Akwa Ibom State, she complemented Flora’s energy with a love for cooking, pool, and travel during the time they were interviewed about their friendship.

Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate Rhuthee spoke about her journey as a teen mother. In a chat with fellow housemate Mayor Frosh, Rhuthee said she was initially ashamed of being a parent at a teenage age but later discovered that her daughter was the “best thing” that happened to her.
“How do I tell people I have a child? I can’t tell people. I never used to tell people I have a child,” she said while fighting back tears. It was just people that knew me from way back that knew that. I was still very ashamed that I had a child. It took me years to come out of that shell. The Ndi Nne
Meet Nne and her Niece, Chinne – Ndi Nne. Nne noted that she’s been trying to be part of the show for over eight years. According to Nne if she wins, she intends to use the prize money to help create awareness about diabetes. They share a special bond that started when Mary was born in 2002.
They say, “We understand what is needed to keep viewers glued to their screens”.

A 22-year-old entrepreneur from Anambra State, she claimed to be ready to showcase a unique relationship in the Big Brother house. She still studies at Nnamdi Azikiwe University and enjoys research, reading, and basketball.
The Aces
Topher and Sooj are the work colleagues turned housemates. They were also the fourth team to enter the house. They shared that they are work colleagues who have been friends for just over a year in addition they met at a job interview and instantly connected over their shared sense of style.
They say, “We are so alike and also not so alike in a way.”
Sooj
He is a 23-year-old communications specialist from Imo State, he claimed he loves American football, boxing, and drawing.
Topher
He is a 24-year-old public relations analyst from Lagos State and also a student at Mountain Top University, Joseph’s passions include hosting, fashion design, and public speaking.
They say, “We are so alike and also not so alike in a way.”
The Shatorias
They are friends whose relationship has no extra strings attached to them. Shaun and Victoria met in Dubai in 2022 and have been friends since then. They Intend to use their time in the house to foster a stronger bond in their friendship.

Victoria
She is a 25-year-old travel consultant and commercial model from Imo State. A student at the National Open University, Victoria’s interests span travel, fitness, and culinary delights.
Shaun

CO BBNaija No Loose Guard Housemates, Wanni Danbaki and Shaun Okojie, engaged in a sexually explicit act. The viral video sparked widespread discussion on social media, with fans raising concerns about privacy and content appropriateness. Wanni was captured in the clip moaning loudly as Shaun engaged in a sexually explicit act. As Shaun’s fingers worked their magic, Wanni’s moans grew louder and more intense. Another funny controversy was when Shaun of the Shatoria Duo passed a cryptic warning to his romantic partner and fellow housemate in the Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ season 9 reality show, Wanni.
Confirming rumors that the connection between them may not be real, Shaun has warned Wanni to stop playing wifely duties on him when she cautioned him about his chewing habits during the Checkers Custard challenge on Thursday.

Meet the identical twins who are DJs for the first time in the Big Brother Naija show. The seventh pair to enter the house was Hanni and Wanni. They’re identical twins from Kaduna. The DJs also revealed that they’re on the show to bring loads of drama, and chaos with plenty of music and vibes.

Big Brother Naija Season 9 pair, Wanni and Handi said that their parents find it difficult to tell them apart.
During a conversation with fellow housemates on Monday morning, the identical twins said their dad struggled the most in telling them apart.
“Our parents can’t tell us apart, especially our dad,” they said.

Meet Tjay and Ben, the online BFFs-turned-brothers are total opposites and form the dynamic duo BETA in the No Loose Guard House. They met on Instagram in 2018 and have been inseparable ever since. One of them said he was single and ready to mingle while the other was married and came to join the show from the UK.
They say, “We will bring dynamism and fun to the house. We will also bring drama and lots of laughs and fun to the house.”

He is a 29-year-old club influencer from Delta State.
Tjay
A 33-year-old medical doctor from Ogun State, promises to bring fun, drama, and laughs to the house. He loves running and reading and he graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University.

Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Ben Claimed that former season 5 housemate, Kiddwaya’s dad, Terry Waya, sponsored the elections of five sitting governors in Nigeria. He also claimed that Kiddwaya gave a fellow housemate from season 5 N10 million after the show.
He, however, did not reveal the identities of the governors sponsored by Kiddwaya’s dad nor the housemate Kidd gifted N10 million. Fellow housemate, Shaun’s comment about male BBNaija finalists not achieving much after the show, led to Ben’s claims about the Wayas.
Shaun: Guys that enter finals, I don’t even know them after [the show]. They don’t do anything after.
Ben: No, they do ooo! It depends on what you’ve put in place that you wanna do for yourself. For example, Kiddwaya, that one gets money for house, he just wants to chill and stay in his private jet. His father is a f**king…. e fit don enters trillionaire sef.

Shaun: The last election?

Ocee and Ozee, are another twin, and they’re both lawyers, quite a socialite on the Lagos evening scenery who are from a prominent Nigerian political family. Ocee and Ozee said they are on the show with to know how to manage the pressure that comes with the show.
They described BBNaija as a platform that gives people a chance to take whatever they intend to pursue in life to a new level.
They said, “We are twins. The glue is divided into two. We’ve been stuck together since we were born.”

Oseloka Ocee Mbadiwe is 37 years old from Imo State, and brings athleticism and social skills to BBNaija. A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire and the Nigerian Law School, Oseloka partners with his brother, Ozuomba Ozee Mbadiwe.
Ozee
Ozuomba Ozee Mbadiwe is 34 years old from Imo State, complements Oseloka with shared interests in fitness and socializing. Together, the Mbadiwe brothers promise a dynamic presence in the BBNaija house.

Big Brother Naija reality show season nine housemate, Ocee revealed that he is engaged. Speaking about his relationship status, the nightlife promoter disclosed that he had proposed just before they came into the house.
While pleading with them to keep it a secret from the rest of the housemates, he explained that his twin brother knew about it.

Nelita
The beauty queen and a pole dancer – Nelita Meet Nelly and Anita. They met in 2015 during a beauty pageantry. They plan to win by being as original as possible. Anita noted during her first interview with Ebuka that she’s an Aba girl and she’s on the show to bring as much fire as possible and would do whatever is necessary to keep the bond of their friendship especially when in the house.
They said, “We’re the risk-takers this game needs. We’re not afraid of the spotlight, and we are ready to take on any social complexity.”
Anita
She is a 28-year-old specialist practitioner from Imo State. A graduate of Igbinedion University and the University of Chester, UK.
Nelly
She is a 29-year-old chef and entertainer from Abia State. A graduate of ISCG University in Benin Republic, Nelly enjoys cooking, dancing, and travel.
The Streez
Mayor Frosh and Tobi Forge are the Streez. They are both content creators are they have quite a following on TikTok. They claim to be on the show to deliver a combination of Steeze and Rizz. They became friends in 2022. They met through content creation and shared a passion for creativity.
They say, “We both have similar plans for the future, like travelling and conquering our spaces.”

He is a 25-year-old media director/content creator from Oyo State, he is also a graduate of Caleb University.
Toby
He is a 27-year-old content creator and dance artist from Ondo State. He loves dancing, eating food, playing basketball, and watching movies. He is also a graduate of the University of Lagos.

Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Toby Forge threatens to keep malice with fellow housemate, Kassia if he finds out that she is in a relationship with her husband, Kellyrae. During a chat on Saturday night, Toby, who’s unaware of Kassia’s marital status, has been gravitating towards her since the beginning of the show. He said he would be “pissed off” if he finds out that Kassia is actually in a relationship with husband and fellow housemate, Kellyrae.
He said he would be mad at the couple because Kassia is too beautiful to be hidden by any man, stressing that Kellyrae is in the house and has no reason to pretend.
Toby: “My mind is telling me there’s somebody outside. I’ve seen you and Kelly, that’s true friendship, but if it turns out to be Kelly, I’d be so angry.”

The DoubleKays plan to go into the house as a separate couple. The other housemates will not know that they are married. They will tell them they are besties. Ebuka warns them of the impending dangers that wait for them in the house as a married couple.

He is a 33-year-old professional singer from Delta State. He is also a graduate of Delta University, Kingsley enjoys music and movies.
Kassia
She is a 30-year-old entrepreneur from Delta State, same with her husband, she graduated from Delta State Polytechnic.
The Chekas
The final and arguably the tightest duo to enter the house are Chizoba and Onyeka known as The Chekas. The Chekas are sisters who have now turned into besties. Their strategy is to play the fool. They also plan to do everything possible to win.
They say, “We are opposites, we have our differences and disagreements but that’s our greatest strength.”

She is a 31-year-old software developer, also from Anambra State, and a graduate of Imo State University.
Onyeka
She is a 28-year-old lawyer 28, and she is also from Anambra State.

Ocee Mbadiwe of the Mbadiwe Twins has thrown viewers in shock with his marriage proposal to a fellow housemate in the Big Brother Naija Season 9 reality show, Chizoba.
Chizoba who paired with her sister Onyeka as the Chekas duo was at the centre front in the cooking challenge. Commending her after the task, Ocee Mbadiwe expressed disbelief at the extent of her wifely skills.
“I didn’t know you are a wife material like this o.
“If I were not entangled.
“But would you mind being an Mbadiwe?” he asked.
Both Chizoba and her sister Onyeka quickly laughed off the awkward moment, making room for another topic of conversation.
In another controversial news, Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ contestant, Zion warned fellow housemate Fairme against building a relationship with Onyeka. During a private conversation with Fairme, Zion detailed that almost everyone in the house sees Onyeka as an unreasonable person.

It really shocked a lot of people that Tami, the dynamic duo composed of Toyosi and Damilola were the first to be been evicted from the Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ Season 9 house.
Although they tried their best to win over their fellow housemates and viewers, but they failed to gain enough support and were voted out of the competition. With only one week to make a lasting impression, Tami’s stay in the house was short-lived as they were evicted on Sunday. Their departure marks the first eviction of the season, leaving the remaining housemates to continue the battle for the coveted prize.
This eviction reduces the number of pairs to 13, setting the stage for intense competition and shifting house dynamics. The Ndinne Duo, the first champions of Season 9’s Custodian Challenge, utilized their custodian authority to save one pair and keep the Radicals in the house, leaving Chekas, Tami, and Streeze pairings up for eviction.

Evicted Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Damilola has revealed why fellow housemates voted to send her and her partner, Toyosi, packing. Speaking shortly after their eviction, Dami claimed that the other housemates conspired to send them home because they weren’t on good terms with them.
“I wasn’t surprised at the results tonight, because Tami has had issues with a lot of the housemates,” she told Ebuka.
SEPERATION AFTER EVICTION
Big Brother Naija ‘No loose guard’ housemate, Toyosi hinted at a separation from Damilola following their eviction from the show. In a post-eviction interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the show host, Toyosi speaks about her decision to separate from Damilola.
Ebuka asked the pair, “Are you going to continue living together?”
Damilola swiftly responded; “Yeah.”
However, Toyosi’s response took a different turn, “I love you so much but I feel like there has been a lot of tension. She has been blaming herself too much and I want her to think without me being there.”
Dami replied; “Would that be why?”

Immediately, Toyosi was overwhelmed with emotions as she started shedding tears and Damilola also began to cry as well.
Ebuka concluded, “If you’ve been friends for 7 years, I think you should know how to communicate with each other.
“Sit down and say how you feel. I don’t think a week in Big Brother’s house should damage friendship. You’re obviously hurt for different reasons.
BEGGIE WARNING TO ALL
Biggie addressed the Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemates. In his maiden address, Biggie told the housemates to bear in mind that they are all equal in the house regardless of their social background.
He assured them of equity and fairness in the distribution of resources in the house.
In his words, “It’s crucial to remember a few things. You’re all starting on a level playing field. You may have unique experiences and perspectives which in some ways set you apart from one another.
