Skales, a Nigerian singer born Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, has called on other artists to quit treating one another with contempt.
The “Shake Body” singer claimed that the practice of celebrities disparaging one another on social media was inappropriate, as if in response to the current trend.
He cautioned his colleagues to remember that fame is fleeting.
On his X handle, he wrote:
“Stop disrespecting your fellow artiste especially when you know as e dey go.
“You fit dey untop today no mean say the same people wey dey ginger you no go forget you tomorrow.”
