Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has filed a lawsuit against her colleague, Queeneth Hilbert, over allegations of snatching her boyfriend. The drama unfolded when Queeneth took to social media to accuse Destiny of stealing her ex-boyfriend, who was driving a Benz.
In response, Destiny’s lawyers have filed a petition against Queeneth, demanding that she retract her defamatory statements on all social media platforms. Destiny’s team claims that the allegations are false and aim to tarnish her reputation.
The lawsuit requires Queeneth to cease and desist from publishing any further false and defamatory statements about Destiny. Destiny’s lawyers are also seeking a retraction of the derogatory publication.
Destiny Etiko’s DEMAND:
Cease and desist from publishing, disseminating and making any further false and defamatory statement about our client.
A retraction of the derogatory publication not later than 48 hours of the receipt of this letter and an apology published on same platform you used in disseminating the defamatory statement and payment of 100, 000, 000 (One hundred million Naira) as damages for the malicious publication made against our client.
