Nigerian singer and songwriter Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon, popularly known as Reekado Banks, recently shared the joyous news of welcoming his first child with his partner on September 24th.
Through his Instagram story, Reekado Banks expressed his happiness, posting a heartwarming video of himself holding the newborn while leaving the hospital.
In a touching moment, he also shared a photo of his late mother, who passed away two years ago, reflecting on the significance of the day. He wrote, “Mother, 2 years ago we said goodbye, but I feel you never truly left. How is it that 2 years later, I’m leaving the hospital, grateful for the gift of fatherhood.”
Reekado Banks went on to praise his partner for her resilience during the pregnancy, adding, “Endless appreciation to my woman for 10 months of incredible strength and perseverance. Love you forever.”
