A student from Royal Court Private School in Port Harcourt excelled in the 2024 WASCE, achieving 4 As, 3 Bs, and one credit. His academic abilities were further demonstrated by his strong performance in the 2024 UTME. Despite his impressive results, Jonathan, who hails from Okrika Local Government in Rivers State, faces financial challenges that threaten his dream of studying robotics engineering at the university level.
According to a Facebook post by Josiah Gabriel, Jonathan’s father, Diepiriye Adawo, has expressed difficulty in funding his son’s university education. Jonathan, who was the best student in academics in his 2024 graduating class, benefited from a scholarship during his secondary education at Royal Court Private School. However, his family is now seeking assistance to cover the costs of his higher education.
Gabriel’s post appeals to the public to support this talented young man, emphasizing that helping Jonathan achieve his goal of studying robotics engineering will be a significant contribution to society and Nigeria as a whole.
