In a recent church service, Bishop David Oyedepo addressed the purchase of the church’s aircraft, debunking rumors that it was bought with church offerings. The cleric revealed that the aircraft was acquired miraculously, with God Himself making the provision.
According to Bishop Oyedepo, the process of acquiring the aircraft was nothing short of divine. He explained that God had spoken to him about the aircraft, and before he knew it, the aircraft was delivered. The bishop emphasized that there was no pressure on the church’s finances, and no one had been contacted to purchase the aircraft.
“It wasn’t an ambition, it was an unveiled divine agenda,” Bishop Oyedepo said. “If God had asked me when I wanted the aircraft to be bought, I would have said, ‘God, take it easy, we’re not ready.’ But He didn’t give us the room to find out how much it cost or to prepare for it. He just spoke, and it was done.”
The bishop also shared that the aircraft has enabled the church to travel across Africa, spreading the gospel and fulfilling their divine mandate.
