Controversial Nigerian cleric Pastor Tobi Adegboyega has spoken out against rumors surrounding his alleged deportation from the United Kingdom to Nigeria. In a live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Pastor Tobi addressed the speculation and allegations of financial mismanagement and misconduct that have been circulating.
Pastor Tobi refuted the claims, stating that he has the right to reside in any country he chooses. He emphasized that his financial status gives him the freedom to make choices, whereas poverty forces people to beg.
Regarding the alleged deportation, Pastor Tobi claimed that he was “ambushed” during a legal process related to immigration. He expressed confidence in the outcome of the proceedings and announced his intention to publish the transcripts.
When asked about his connection to Nigeria, Pastor Tobi stated that he has no fear of returning to the country. He praised the current government and expressed his willingness to return with a group of “fine young men and women” and maintain a high standard of living.
Pastor Tobi also condemned those seeking to damage his reputation, labeling the allegations as demeaning. He emphasized that two or three pairs of shoes would be enough to sustain him in Nigeria for three years, given his investments in the country.
